The museum is home to multiple exhibits highlighting historical elements of Destin.
Mike Long Fishing Wall
The museum is home to over 100 fish mounts all caught in Destin waters. Several of these mounts are displayed on our fish wall. The wall also features interactive touchscreens that teach about the unique area of Destin and the Gulf of Mexico.
Kids Corner
Spend the day "fishing" in our soft play recreation of the Primrose seine boat. Explore Gulf Coast shells. Or grab a tablet and play Crabby's Ocean Quest.
Whether you're a kid, or kid at heart, there's plenty to do!
Rodeo Gallery
The Destin Fishing Rodeo exhibit focuses on telling the story of how the Rodeo got started and what it means to the Destin community today. The Rodeo is one of the longest running fishing tournaments in the US. Anglers travel from all over the world to compete in the Rodeo. The tournament is a multi-species, 31-day event held annually the month of October.
